Please be mindful of checking your email/messages so we can work with you in a timely manner. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will send a final courtesy message. After an additional 24 hours, we will design your tumbler with the information we have been given. Please be advised not all designs are seamless - and flat colors will likely show more seam line (as opposed to busier designs/background.)
