Service Description

As your Hat Party host, I will arrive at the designated indoor location with an array of hats, patches, and accessories for guests to choose from. I will provide guidance and support throughout the creative process, ensuring everyone understands how to personalize their items. I will remain onsite to assist until each unique hat is beautifully crafted and completed. THE HOST RECEIVES A FREE HAT WITH 1-2 PATCHES (DISCOUNT FOR PRE PAID PARTY AVAILABLE) Hat Party Deposit: To reserve your date, a $175 refundable* deposit is required. This fee will be refunded at the event if 7 hats are Purchased.If you cancel or reschedule 14 or more days before the event date, the deposit will be fully refunded. *If the event is canceled LESS than 14 days before the event date, the deposit will NOT be refunded. ****A 7-hat minimum purchase is required.**** Pricing Options: Adult Size Hats (Solid Color): 1-2 Patches: $25 3-5 Patches: $35 Adult Size Hats (Checkered or Printed): 1-2 Patches: $35 3-5 Patches: $45 Youth Hats: 1-2 Patches: $20 3-5 Patches: $30 Accessories: Hat Chains: Resin: $3 Bead and Chain: $5 Charms: $6 Pins: Large: $2 each Small: 3 for $2 Jesus Pins: $1 Want even more options? Cancellation Policy

Hat Party Booking Policy Deposit: - To secure your event date, a $175 refundable* deposit is required. - The deposit will be refunded at the event if 7 hats are purchased.* If less than 7 hats are purchased $25 for each hat less than 7 will not be refunded. Cancellation and Refunds: - If canceled less than 14 days before the event date, the deposit will NOT be refunded. - For cancellations or rescheduling made 14 or more days prior to the event date, the deposit will be FULLY refunded. Travel Fees: - Parties located 45 miles away from Salado, Texas will incur a non-refundable $40 travel fee. - For distances between 46 miles and 60 miles, there is a non-refundable $50 travel fee. - 60 miles is the maximum travel distance. ***A separate Invoice will be sent for the Travel fee after We establish the Location of the Event. Minimum Requirement: - A minimum purchase of 7 hats is required for all Hat Party bookings. Indoor Locations Only. Please Call Rebecca at 254-444-1490 for any Questions Before Booking.
